Payment Policy

1. Prices, taxes and shipping

  • All product prices shown on our website are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges.
  • Applicable taxes (such as GST) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and order details, and are clearly shown on the checkout page before payment is completed.

2. Accepted payment methods

Customers can pay securely for orders on https://shop.agewellglobal.in using the following methods:

  • UPI (including supported UPI apps)
  • Debit and credit cards
  • Wallets
  • Net banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for the delivery address

If a particular payment option is not available for your order or location, it will not appear at checkout.

3. Payment processing and security

  • Online payments are processed through our trusted payment partners integrated with Shopify, which use industry‑standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.
  • Our website runs on HTTPS, helping keep your personal and payment information secure during transmission.
  • For card and UPI transactions, your sensitive payment details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.

4. Charges, authorisation and COD

  • The total amount payable, including product price, taxes and shipping, is shown on the final order review page before you complete the purchase. No hidden charges are added after you place the order.
  • For prepaid orders (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking), your payment method is charged at the time of order confirmation.
  • For Cash on Delivery, you pay the order amount directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. A COD service fee may apply if mentioned at checkout; this fee will also be displayed before you confirm the order.

5. Refunds and payment disputes

  • Refunds, cancellations and returns are governed by our separate Refund / Return Policy and Shipping Policy available in the footer of our website.
  • When a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method wherever possible, or as otherwise described in our Refund / Return Policy. Bank or payment‑provider processing times may affect how quickly you see the refund in your account.
