Shipping Policy

At AgeWell, the aim is to deliver your order safely and on time while keeping shipping information clear and transparent.

Shipping locations


Orders are shipped from Kerala, India to delivery addresses within India.

Customers outside India who wish to place an order are requested to contact us through the Contact Us page so that shipping options can be discussed individually.

Shipping charges


As a limited‑time launch promotion, shipping is free on all orders across India.


If this offer changes in the future, the updated shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery time


Orders are usually processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days after successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).


Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within up to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Some remote or hard‑to‑reach areas may take the full 7‑day window.

Order tracking


After dispatch, a tracking link or Air Waybill (AWB) number is shared via email/SMS so you can follow your shipment on the courier’s website.


If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact customer support.

Delays and address issues


Delivery delays can occur due to courier constraints, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other factors beyond our direct control. In such cases, we coordinate with the courier and keep you updated as far as possible.


Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect details or repeated attempted deliveries may result in cancellation or re‑delivery charges as per courier policies.

Damaged, missing or wrong items


If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, you are advised to refuse delivery or mention the issue to the delivery partner and contact us immediately with photos.


For missing, damaged or incorrect items, contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details so that the issue can be resolved in line with our Refund/Replacement Policy.
